Corporate finance is a branch of finance that deals with the financing, capital structuring and investment decisions of a company with the objective of maximising shareholder wealth, i.e. the short- and long-term value of shares.

In short, corporate finance is about acquiring financial resources for your organisation and allocating them in the best possible way. The aim is to reduce the implicit risk of certain decisions and to achieve an optimal development of your company by acquiring more and more value.

Our functions as your external corporate finance department include planning, defining the capital structure, determining the economic viability of your project, raising sufficient funds, designing investment policies, conducting financial negotiations or planning dividend payments, among others.
